Does the Schneemann ticket also apply to hourly tickets?
Yes. The € 3 Schneemann ticket for children (born in or after 2007) if accompanied by their parents is also valid for day and hourly tickets. The price of multi-day tickets depends on how many days are chosen, i.e. 3 days are € 9, 4 days are € 12, ...
Is the Schneemann ticket also valid if the child is accompanied by the grandparents?
No. Schneemann ticket is only valid with parents.
I purchased my day ticket in advance, but couldn’t use the ticket. Is this ticket still valid next season?
Advance tickets are always issued for 2 years. Expiry date can be found in bold print on the ticket’s front. E.g. --.05.17 (for May 2017). If you are not sure whether the ticket has been used, get it checked at the ticket window.
I purchased an advance ticket. Do I have to activat it at the ticket window?
No. The ticket is valid right away.
I am a senior citizen and want to buy a season pass. Do I get a discount?
Reductions depend on the date of order. Season passes are considerably cheaper if purchased before October 31 than if purchased in November or December. You also have the opportunity to buy the cheaper MON-FRI season pass.
Is the season pass valid for night skiing?

Why doesn’t Skiline work anymore?
Since the 2011/12 season we offer a new service:
iSki Tracker – for the real skier. If you want to know how many kilometres you skied, iSki Tracker is the perfect tool. Our new system calculates kilometres, vertical drop etc. via GPS and therefore you get your real statistics and not only an arithmetic average.
I have a Snow&Fun season pass. Can I retrieve the vertical drop via Skiline?
